By using PiviPay you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.
What PiviPay is
A free tool for recording shared expenses in a group and calculating who owes whom. PiviPay is a ledger only: it does not hold, transfer or collect money, and the balances it shows are not a debt instrument or legal claim — they are the group's own bookkeeping. Settling up happens between people, outside the app.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for what you enter and for the invite links and codes you share — anyone with a link or code can join that group.
- Enter only content you may share with the other members of the group (their names, photos of receipts, etc.).
- No unlawful, abusive or misleading use; no attempts to break into other people's groups or the service.
- Group owners can lock, close, reset or delete their groups, which removes that data for everyone in them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. Exchange rates are informational (European Central Bank reference rates) and may differ from what your bank applies. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the app, including disagreements between group members about who owes what. Keep your own records for anything important.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the service or these terms; material changes are announced in the app. You can stop using PiviPay at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Slovak law applies.

Podmienky používania (SK)
PiviPay je bezplatný nástroj na evidenciu spoločných výdavkov v skupine a výpočet, kto komu dlží. Ide len o zápisník — aplikácia peniaze nedrží ani neprevádza a zobrazené zostatky nie sú právnym nárokom, len účtovníctvom skupiny. Vyrovnanie prebieha medzi ľuďmi mimo aplikácie. Zodpovedáte za obsah, ktorý zapíšete, a za odkazy a kódy, ktoré zdieľate (ktokoľvek s nimi sa môže do skupiny pridať). Služba sa poskytuje „tak, ako je", bez záruky dostupnosti či presnosti; kurzy ECB sú informatívne. V rozsahu, ktorý dovoľuje zákon, nezodpovedáme za škody vzniknuté používaním aplikácie ani za spory medzi členmi skupiny. Podmienky sa môžu zmeniť; podstatné zmeny oznámime v aplikácii.
